Shipping

Fox & Wit ships all international orders by USPS First Class Mail and customers are responsible for any customs and duty fees they may incur.

All orders shipped within Texas is subject to a sales tax of 8.25%

Refunds

You may request a refund and cancellation on box orders so long as pre-order dates are still open. Once pre-order dates have closed you cannot request a refund and cancellation as the box has been specifically ordered for you.

You cannot request refunds on subscription boxes.

Refer to listings for applicable pre-order dates.

For subscriptions, you must cancel your subscription before the 7th of each month before you are charged. You can cancel or skip your subscription in your personal dashboard at any point but once a subscription is charged or renewed, you will receive that item.

If you purchase an item using shop pay installment plan you cannot request a refund even if the pre-order date is still open.

Did an item arrive broken? No worries at all! 

The process for replacements is simple! Simply send an email to hello@foxandwit.com with photographic evidence with your concern and we will replace items for you.

NOTE ON BOOKS: all books are exchange policy only. This means buyers will need to ship books back to us in order to receive a new copy.  We do not allow buyers to keep additional copies of books.

If you provide the incorrect address, did not contact us to update your address and a package is returned, you are responsible for additional charges to re-ship your item. If you prefer a refund rather than reshipment you will receive the refund of the item minus the shipping costs.

Given the nature of our boxes and items we do not offer refunds.

If an item is lost in transit and USPS is unable to locate your package we will reship at no cost to you.

Note: our working hours are Mon-Fri 9 am to 5 pm.
