Here's a little more about this awesome new goal and habit tracker.
1) All you have to do is download and print the image. You'll get two per page.
2) Trim them down. It'll fit a standard 8 x 5.5 page layout in a notebook or journal.
3) You can track up to 6 goals and habits per page.
4) Label the days above the bubbles. There are 7 columns for each day of the week. There are 5 rows so that it'll cover each week an entire month.
5) After you've labeled the days, simply write the day of the month inside the bubbles to correspond with the day of the week.
6) color in and track your days and habits and goals!
